Do travellers ever pay for Spotto?
No. The traveller app is free forever, with no premium tier. Vendor subscriptions fund the whole thing, which keeps our recommendations honest: we only win when travellers actually show up at your counter.
What happens when my Premium trial ends?
You drop back to Starter automatically. Your listing, photos and review history stay exactly as they are; you just lose the Premium tools until you subscribe.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Anytime. Switching to yearly applies the two-free-months rate at your next renewal, and switching back to monthly takes effect when the paid year runs out.
How does Spotto keep listings honest?
Paying never buys a better rating or a fake review. Boosts change where you appear, clearly labelled, but every spot on the map got there because a local reviewer rated it worth a traveller's time.
My business is seasonal. Can I pause?
Yes. Premium can be paused for up to four months a year. Your listing stays live on Starter while you're closed, and your stamp cards pick up where they left off.
